We all have the same 24 hours in a day. It always comes down to focus, knowing our priorities, and keeping things simple and easy so we can be productive.

I have created, journaled and collected inspirational quotes since I was young. This practice, including self-care and self-discovery, has helped me navigate the many circumstances of life. Things others would call “challenging”, I have been able to see as opportunities for growth and evolution: a foreign wedding postponed the very morning because of hospitalization of my beloved, a miscarriage, brain tumour, a pelvic fracture while on an international trip. All these experiences led to a deeper understanding of embracing what life offers and seeing the greater good…the pearl within the lesson. Life is made up of a series of moments and we get to choose what meaning we decide to make of each and every situation and circumstance. A practice that allows us to live from our heart helps us to journey through life with more grace and ease, no matter what “challenges” we might face.
I am a voracious learner and I have had the good fortune to travel 6 of the 7 continents on this planet, exploring and discovering along the way. I have journaled, painted and photographed the beauty of these far-off places. I have spent many years in study, including visual arts, meditation, body health, metaphysics, mysticism, astrology, aromatherapy and productivity. I have studied with many great inspirational leaders, including Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Gregg Braden, Brendon Burchard, to name a few. I have also spent years being mentored by Mary Morrissey and have received transformational coaching certificates through her Life Mastery Institute. But more than anything, my greatest learning and teaching has been through life experience.
It is my intention to help encourage and empower others to know the deepest part of who they are, to recognize, rejoice and share these gifts that are uniquely theirs, and to help make this world a better place.
